With regards to this team dissemination project, I feel that our team will communicate well and it will expand how we approach our places of work. Thus far, we have been communicating through text and in person at the end of our clinical days. We plan to hold each other accountable through texts. With regards to conflict management, our group is setting the precedent that we are all busy and trying our best but to completely agree upon work on time for the benefit of the group. With regards to barriers I anticipate I feel that time management and coordinating schedules will be huge due to all of us having part time jobs and half having sports as well.

We plan to overcome barriers by dividing out the work and collabatoring openly through electronic communication and trusting each other to follow through. This will be useful in my future nursing practice because as a nurse we wont be able to go through every single patient together but we can divide and conquer and ask for each other for help as we need it. For example, I see similarities in having a coworker sign off on a heparin drip as having a classmate look over the piece you write or checking for intext citation accuracy. At the end of the day we are all working towards a common cause as a cohesive unit and sometimes we won’t always be there at the same time, but we’ll meet up in the middle.

  1. Time management is definitely key to successful completion of any project. Remember, you will have dedicated class time to work on the project.
